Shipping Information

All ISaTA2 merchandise is shipped from Gahanna, Ohio (United States).
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • package weight

  • destination

  • carrier rates (USPS or UPS)

We do not overcharge shipping — you pay only what the carrier charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on region)

Canada:

  • USPS First-Class International: 7–21 business days

  • UPS Standard: 3–10 business days
    (Additional customs fees may apply depending on location.)

International (other):

  • USPS First-Class International: 10–28 business days
    (Customs fees are not included.)

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at isatattoopl@gmail.com.
We will help you track it through the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local pickup at Gahanna Tattoo may be available for selected orders. Contact us to confirm availability.
